Kim was so easy to work with. Once she knew what I wanted, she gave me a few options to choose from. She was patient with me as I had lots of questions and kept changing my itinerary. Kim definitely has lots of knowledge in the travel world about things I didn't even consider! When my trip was canceled due to a hurricane, she helped me completely reschedule and walk me through each of my options. I ended up having so much fun and will definitely be using her for my future trips!
