My wife and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Joan Bernardini for our travel needs since 2008. She has booked in the neighborhood of 15 to 20 trips for us in the past 10 years and is always willing to go out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect! Joan was even willing to help me obtain my birth certificate from my hometown by offering to drive there and get it in person when it appeared that I would not receive it in time for my passport application. Fortunately this was not necessary as I did receive it shortly after. I highly recommend Joan for all of your travel needs.

The Perfect Vacation Destination

This was my first time using a travel agent so I was not sure what to expect. Joan is personable, patient, knowledgeable and sifting through my requirements and found us the perfect vacation destination. Family vacation for 11

Working with Joan was such a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I had so many questions as we were a group of 11. She got back to me quickly and went above and beyond expectations to answer my questions. She made sure we were all set up for car seats for travel as well as cribs for our 2 babies. She handled everything efficiently and effectively. She was also extremely helpful and cheerful I will definetly use her again for our family trips.

Joan is Excellent! Don't trust your travel plans to just any agent or website. Joan goes out of her way to make sure your vacation/trip is stress-free She made sure we had everything covered from forms we needed to have, followed up on flight info and to let us know we can contact her while we were on vacation if there were any problems or if we had any questions before and or during our trip (we didn't). She even sent an email on our return to see if we enjoyed our trip and wanted to hear all about it. Joan is a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to use her services again next time we travel. From start to finish on a trip that we thought would never happen due to covid and we had to cancel more than once, we were so excited to finally take it and Joan was excited for us.

Best Birthday ever!!

Joan was there from start to finish. She had everything lined up and was able to get me the place that I actually wanted to stay. We were able to get our rooms pretty well bunched together. It was a lot to accommodate eight people on the same flights and in the same hotel. She did a wonderful job with letting us know what was going on when there was a strike at the airport. She's just the best and I won't use anyone else ever again.
