We've been planning our own trips for years but haven't done a cruise before and wanted some help with planning. She asked us a lot of questions about what we wanted to experience, our prior travels, what we like and don't like, and our budget. We were on the phone for 20 minutes or so. A couple days later we had a travel plan with options for cruises, hotels, and flights that all matched what we were looking for and our budget. We gave her our selections and she took care of the rest, even helping us navigate the airport and detailing where and how to ride the Tube to our hotel. We felt really prepared for this trip and what to expect on our first cruise, and she saved us a lot of time figuring out all the things we didn't know we didn't know.

Our plan to meet family and friends for a group event was carefully organized by Keri-Ann.Our group included people from a few different home bases.
She was so patient in handling several changes along the way.

Keri-Ann has planned several trips for our family to Alaska, Mexico, and various places across the US and Canada. We followed her from her old agency when she branched out on her own and will continue to call her for every vacation. Our most recent trip, over the holidays, was impacted by the winter storm that cancelled thousands of flights the week before Christmas. Her advice to fly to the cruise port a day early and the hours she spent working with the airlines to rearrange our flights made it so our whole family arrived from our various starting points in time for the cruise. That wouldn't have happened without her help.

Our first retirement cruise was wonderful.

As seniors we struggled with trying to set up our first cruise vacation by ourselves.We got completely overwhelmed. Keri-Ann made things so much easier for us; even saving us money! Keri-Ann did a fantastic job of putting together our family's vacation. She really knows Alaska and helped us with all the details that made our Alaska cruise everything that we were hoping it would be! The hiking excursion she recommended at Mendenhall, seeing whales from the ship, and the day in Glacier Bay were some of the highlights for us. This was a great experience and I'll be calling her again for our next trip.

Kerri-Ann planned a great itinerary for us so we could drive ourselves and take time to hike to all the places the tours don't go to or don't stay long enough at. We really enjoyed the Skoga Trail, so thanks for that tip!
