Honeymoon of our dreams!!

Buffy was everything I wanted a travel agent to be and then some! My wife and I got married in September 2016 and Buffy helped me to organize the Honeymoon of our dreams! One of the first things that I liked about Buffy was her eagerness to take the stress out of the whole process for me and especially for my fiance (now wife!)Long story short, after considering countless travel agents, we decided to give Buffy a shot. And we couldn't have chosen better! She helped us take our vision of the perfect honeymoon and make it a reality. Even when I challenged her with some special requests, Buffy went above and beyond to accommodate me and more then once acted as a champion for my fiance and I when complications arose. She was always available to talk and was quick to respond to questions and requests. I even called her the morning of our flight to help me decide on a electrical adapter! Wow, great cruise!

The cruise was amazing!!! Loved the ship ! I don’t think i can ever stay in a regular stateroom again if i decide to go again. The room was so spacious it was like being in a regular hotel room, the balcony was perfect for viewing everything if we didn’t want to be out on the ship decks.We never had to wait for meals, we walked right in and were greeted by everyone!

"We enlisted the help of Buffy Aronstein at Sunlit Travel for our Mexico getaway. We could not have chosen better. She gave us multiple options to choose from and all suggestions matched our needs. Due to my spouse's dietary preferences, we ended up deciding on Palmai de Aia in Playa del Carmen. It was a beautiful resort. The staff was professional, very attentive and welcoming. Half way through our vacation, we were already discussing our next adventure at the same resort.One of the main reasons why we were able to enjoy our beach holiday is because Buffy nailed down every detail. From covid protocols to and from our destination, to showing us which app to download in order to make customs far simpler, and it did! DREAM HONEYMOON IN PARADISE

We had originally planned on spending our honeymoon in Italy. After going back and forth a few times brainstorming, Buffy created what looked like an amazing itinerary and trip. Then we decided to completely switch things up and go to Bali instead. Buffy went back to the drawing board and put together the trip of a lifetime. 2 weeks - 3 locations - 4 excursions (all private tours) coordinating every aspect of our trip for us. Everything she picked for us worked out perfectly, from the luxurious resorts down to the quality of transportation and the very very kind tour guides we met along the way We could not be anymore pleased with the trip and will definitely use Buffy for all future traveling. We put our trust in Buffy to plan our Honeymoon for us and she knocked it out of the park!

Fire and Ice Honeymoon

Buffy helped us design our dream fire and ice honeymoon. She listen to what we both wanted to see, do and experience on our honeymoon. She then helped us plan a cruise to Alaska and a week in Maui. She helped us research and book the cruise excursions and gave us options of places to stay in Maui and car rentals. Before we left she even went over little details with us so that we knew how to get from the airport to the cruise ship port and even pointers on making our first cruise experience even better. Buffy was easy to work with and took our initial idea ("Let's go to Aruba!") and ran with it. She found out that the hotel we'd heard so much about was undergoing a big contraction project during our stay, so she recommended another hotel that we liked even better! Our flights were easy and her restaurant recommendations were spot on. We hadn't worked with a travel agent since our honeymoon 20+ years ago, and Buffy made everything refreshingly easy!

Above and Beyond

Most professional we've ever worked with. Had great transport tips to and from airport and seaport, knew the details that were all handled so we had virtually nothing to do. All of the questions promptly answered and attentive. We were difficult as we had last minute changes and Buffy addressed every one without any concerns. Also, a mosquito virus was a threat and we were updated consistently on the possible risks and solutions as they developed. Buffy spent a lot of time researching this situation to keep us safe and appraised.

Holiday Vaca 2015

Buffy was great to work with and would recommend her to all of my friends. The resort was great - everything we thought it would be. Buffy took care of all of the planning, and we didn't have to do a thing but enjoy our vacation. Would definitely book with her again!

Great Trip to Italy
My family and I can't recommend Buffy at Sunlit Travel enough. Our trip to Italy couldn't have been more perfect. I'd never worked with a travel agent before and had no idea the difference it could make. But, Buffy was terrific! Her response time to emails was quick and she was always available for a phone conversation. It felt like having a friend who just happens to know everything about travel. She took the time to find out what our family loves and created a trip that was just what we wanted. She planned another trip for my daughter and her husband that was amazing too. Now, she's putting together an adventure for my other daughter and son in law. Anyone considering a trip - talk to Buffy. You'll be so glad you did.

Giving a great shout out to Sunlit Travel for their professionalism, travel creativity and attention to customer travel requirements ! We worked with Sunlit Travel for a virtual trip to Greece during covid to planning the most amazing - bucket list- vacation to Athens, Mykonos and Santorini!! We cannot express how well everything worked.. hotels were amazing with the best locations, car, air and ferry transfers worked amazingly!! Thank you Sunlit Travel for all you did to make this a once in a lifetime experience for my whole family!! Can't wait for the next adventure !! The Costa, Grehl and Paolucci family!!

Impressed with how smooth it went!
We had an amazing time & were really impressed with how smooth everything went with everything you booked for us. The concierge was super helpful & the room was beautiful. We got a nice bottle of champagne in our room :) We loved the location because it was in a quiet area but still so close to everything- we walked everywhere. Our room had a view of the water - wonderful. The room was quaint but had everything we needed for our stay. We absolutely loved the breakfast & even better that it was served on their rooftop. The agroturismo in San Gimignano was beautiful and they offered dinner which was great. Our room had really great views but was basic. There wasn’t wifi in our building- we had to go to the main building up the road. They gave us a bottle of wine when we checked out which was nice. We learned that it was important to call ahead if you were visiting a winery because they might not be able to take drops in on certain days. But really, we wanted to thank you for everything.

I cannot thank you enough. We had a great trip. The boys and I are your biggest fans.. we walked into the Cabin at Fernie and were all saying “Wow, nice job Buffy” , the place was awesome. Thank you for taking care of the “hiccup” , the credit was very fair. I refused to wrestle with the hotel while trying to be on vacation. Finally I thought to alert you to the situation, you did your thing and made it right. Instantly I was back in vacation mode. Thank you!

Thanks for a great Jamaican Honeymoon!
Rebecca and I wanted to thank you for all your help with planning the honeymoon. Everything was amazing and we both had an incredible time. Thanks to some very generous gifts, we ended up upgrading to a master suite with butler service so needless to say, our honeymoon was as about as perfect as could be. The Club Mobay addition was a great call, especially for when we first landed in Jamaica. So thank you for that suggestion as well. Amazing Vacation!

We loved EVERYTHING about our trip, it was amazing! Our flights were good, there was no trouble with any of the arrangements. The excursions were so much fun also, especially the ATV which wasn't my first choice ;) All we can think about is where we want to go next!
