My husband and I can never express the gratitude we feel for the help we received in planning and executing the plans we needed. Our son has stage 4 cancer and our daughter in law is a leukemia bone marrow survivor. They were weakened with their illnesses and I needed help planning the visit with their 2 year old son. Our Pixie Rep. helped us each step of the way. Hotel, meals, even ride choices helped us make the most of our trip with out exhaustion and stress. I never thought a perfect vacation was possible but this one was from the moment we put on our bracelets. Bless you for extra care you gave my family. Great to have someone coordinate all the details and offer insight for restaurants, etc. FastPass education would be helpful and booking too close to arrival and departure meant we missed those rides when Magical Express took a long time. Overall a great vacation!

She booked us a week stay at Fort Wilderness Cabins for our family and my parents as well as a Disney Cruise for both parties. Everything went off without a hitch. Was struggling to coordinate transportation from the airport to a Universal resort. Got connected with pixie in a email. They had all the information quickly and booked the shuttle no problem within a day or so. Was even informed of price change and verification was requested to approve the charges before they were being made. Instructions were provided and extremely clear.
