love to travel, hate to make arrangements. I contacted the cruise line who said 'sorry no balconies'.

As clostrophobic as I am the trip was cancelled. You  not only got me a balcony, with an upgrade for the same price, but arranged airfair, insurance and a extrodinary hotel! Prior to the trip I received a very professional notebook with all the travel information. If I had questions they were answered within two hours (usually less). Janice is beyond professional. Communication was exceptional! Thanks again. I can't wait to travel again.

Perfect vacations for 20+ years

Janice has planned our past vacations to the British Isles, Caribbean, Alaska and Australia. Our next trip is to Japan and her suggestions have set up a great variety of sights and she has found us special cruise benefits. She made the impossible, possible!

My request for a car rental in Turin, Italy, tickets to the passion play in Sordevolo and hotel at the Agora Palace in Biella were incredible. The Castle Pavone in Ivera, breathtaking, with views of the Alps. In Milano we could see the top of the Doumo from our hotel at the Una Maison, that was less than a block away from the Galleria. The world Expo just a metro ride away. She arranged the flight to Barcelona with an overnight stay at the Catalonia Barcelona, to catch the Princess cruise the next day. Last stop in Rome we were picked up at the port by her limo driver who took us to the hotel Visconti Palace, blocks from the Vatican. The next day we took a fast train to the Hotel Excelsior in Naples. This has been the most elegant hotel I have ever stayed in. Did I mention round trip air. Janice really out did herself. I believe there is not an obstacle she cannot overcome. She comes with a five star review from a very demanding client!

I did nothing but go

The trip was fantastic. It was 3 weeks of relaxation. Friends ask me what I liked best. I tell them it was the variety of experiences. We traveled by car (yes we drove ourselves), plane, train, and boat. We saw Italy up close but at other times in a group. We told Janet what we would like and she made it happen- from staying in a castle, seeing the Passion Play in Belle, Italy, to visiting my cousin in Naples, Italy. The hotels were all 5 star and the cost was reasonable. It was the trip of a lifetime and if you are like me, one who prefers to let others plan the trip and you just enjoy. Janet is the travel agent for you.

Janice has been arranging our travel for over 20 years. She knows the best cruise lines and itineraries to fit our taste and needs, she makes sure we have the best prices and will adjust the price if it goes lower. At her suggestion we tried an All-Inclusive Resort in Jamaica and absolutely loved it. Now we alternate our vacations between cruises and all-inclusive resorts. Janice knows and has experienced the products she sells. She provides packing tips and suggestions as well as detailed information about our vacations.
