Susan is amazing! She is so reliable and is always there to answer any questions. If she doesn't know off the top of her head, she will get back to you very quickly with the correct answer. Susan works hard at pleasing her clients. She is flexible and adept at working with you in any way that you feel the most comfortable, whether it be through snail mail, email, phone conversations, texts, or in person! You name it, she can do it! She makes sure that you get what you want from the early planning stages to the trip itself, plus she even follows up after your return.
She is a dedicated travel agent. She is continuously looking for deals or upgrades, until she has exhausted all of her resources. We didn't even realize some of the perks that were available until she found them for us and our group!
