Awesome family trips!
Since calling Janine and having her help us with our first airplane trip as a family three years ago, she has now become our regular go-to for Spring Break travel to warm, tropical destinations.
Her guidance has always suited our needs; one year we used own airplane miles and she coordinated the hotel and transfers; the next year we needed two rooms to accommodate our family (something I would personally feel uncomfortable booking on my own - what if I messed something up?); and the last year we went ‘budget’ (after spending a lot of time and money on house projects!), and she led us to a destination that was totally off our radar, but we ended up booking and had a great time.

A few things separate Janine from other agents:
- She has high expectations for accommodations - they're affordable but never at the expense of being clean and having great service!
- She finds properties that fit different interests and activity levels - from couples getaways to vacations with little ones, we've always been impressed.
- She knows where the best food & beverage options are for all-inclusive resorts!
Time away is no easy thing to coordinate with busy jobs and small children and we want it to be a special time with great memories. Janine leaves no detail behind - we are always so impressed!

She always provides options for each trip planned. I like that she can hold a space and then get back to us for our acceptance or changes.
After the booking is complete, she notifies us immediately of any changes or updates to the trip. If there are problems with them, she is the problem negotiator with the company, airlines, etc.
She also arranges the trip insurance which is a must as we found ourselves in 2 situations where we were so glad we had paid the extra.....very worth it!

Janine is super helpful and has planned 4-5 trips of ours that last few years. She takes all the hassle of researching and pricing things out, airlines, resorts, etc. It's so nice to get a few options from her and then review and pick one. My husband and her have recommended her to a few friends and will continue to do so!! She's great!!
Absolute pleasure to work with!
Janine was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I don't travel that often. The thought of booking flights and hotels is sometimes overwhelming. Janine made it easy for us. While in Vegas our flight home was canceled. One call to Janine and we had a flight back home without any of the hassle. While Janine was helping us, we were able to continue enjoying our vacation and didn’t need to be on the phone or on-line figuring out how to get home. Thanks Janine. We will be calling again soon….
Terrific Customer Service
Janine has been terrific in helping my husband and I plan our vacation! We told her what we were interested in seeing and she helped to find us a destination and tour that we totally enjoyed. After the trip was planned, I suffered an injury to an ankle and Janine assisted in arranging to have a wheelchair available at each arrival and departure throughout the trip. She, also, advised us in tipping the nice people that so graciously pushed me through the airport and customs. She really saved the day!

25 years of Excellent Customer Service!
Janine has been our travel agent for 25 years. She knows us very well, so we just say 'we would like to go to....' and within a very short period of time, she has our trip plan with details. She keeps us up-to-date for any changes later on. Janine always encourages us to purchase the 'travel insurance' which we have had to use . It made these type situations so much easier when you are away from home. She just recently put together a 'family package trip' which involved a group of us (leaving from different places and getting us to meet up places as a group); we are so grateful we have Janine to guide our travel.
