Many of us feel that travel is one of the most enjoyable parts of life. 23 years ago, I changed careers to become a travel professional to help people experience the joy and fulfillment of travel. I have worked since then for Kollander World Travel in Euclid, Ohio which is well known for 93 years of international travel expertise especially to Slovenia, Croatia and Eastern Europe. We also offer customized group trips around the world.
My personal travel includes visits to 5 continents and over 60 countries, with escorted tours, independent travel and many types of cruises. Each destination offers unique culture, scenery and food that I can help you discover.
My goal is for each client to receive prompt, personal attention and the best travel value for their individual tastes and budget. I have been fortunate to have many clients for over 20 years. We find that the pricing that we offer is usually the same or better than you may find on the Internet, and we do much of the work for you. I often say our service is the “Best Deal Around!”

I started using Betty about 8 years ago. I live in Texas and she's in Ohio, I always call for her services. She's quick about getting me the information, she looks out for the best prices, the best air flights. She mails me all my documents when I need any. She gets all my transfers, hotels, etc. She is wonderful. I met her off a web site of a cruise, I was booking and have used her for all my trips since then. she's friendly and prompt and gets me to where I need to go.

betty knows the travel business. when you want to go some place she will tell you how it is and where to stay etc. She knows the various tour companies and therir quality. very very very good.

We feel so lucky to have Betty as our travel agent. She is friendly and engaging and always quick to respond to inquiries. Because of her extensive travels and experience in the business, she often has suggestions of hotels that are outstanding but cost far less than we anticipate. She works very hard to get you the best experience at the best value. She's also great at the paperwork and has taken the time to walk us through complicated visa applications. Because of Betty , wherever we travel in the world we know that we can feel confident that our arrangements will fall into place. Other family member have also used her for their travel needs and we all agree that Betty is the best in the business!

I HAVE USED BETTY FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH HER SERVICES. SHE GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP YOU. MY FRIENDS ALSO USE HER AND WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT HER. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALWAYS PLEASANT. LAST WEEK I RECOMMENDED HER TO 2 MORE FRIENDS AND THEY HAVE ALREADY BOOKED A TRIP WITH HER. We have been on about 7 trips ranging from Turkey, Eastern Europe, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Belize, Mexico. She understands that we like to be spontaneous and dislike being locked into an itinerary as we travel. She always sets us up with a great hotel after a long plane trip and always sets us up with good car rentals (at easy location for pick up and drop off) She has travelled widely and gives us good tips for sightseeing, restaurants, and B&B's

I have been using Betty for years. She is knowledgable and always willing to research trips that we want to take. She is always available to answer questions. She keeps track of the trips she books for you and notifies you when payments are due, and if there is any changes that come up, She is always available to assist with anything. I highly recommend her!

Betty has been our travel agent for 25 years and has done numerous domestic and complex foreign trips for us. She has been amazing throughout. She is super knowledgeable, and covered everything, including some complicated logistics very smoothly. All of our needs have been met and she hits our budget targets. I highly recommend her.

A big help with Disneyworld!

Betty was very flexible in working with us on alternate departure and return dates since are schedules around when we desired to travel were variable. She helped us compare various onsite Disney Resort options and found us the most cost effective ways to visit the Disney parks. Have also used Betty to arrange flights for short duration trips and found some airports that worked well that I had not previously considered.

Never Disappointed

I first met Betty in 1995 when we were planning a trip to Europe to visit our daughter on an Army Base in Germany. She arranged hotels in each of the countries we planned to visit with our daughter and her family and her choices always suited us perfectly. Betty later introduced us to Mexico and the Caribbean. She recognized our preferences in Resorts and we have always enjoyed the resorts she recommended. Betty has also booked multiple cruises for us and again we have enjoyed her choices. We have recommended Betty to our friends who chose Betty to arrange a destination wedding on Cozumel, which was beautiful. Betty is very knowledgeable and always answers any questions or concerns you may have. She is always pleasant and we hope to plan our vacations with Betty for many years to come.
