I used Good Land Travel to book a 4 night surprise vacation for my wife and I for our 25 year wedding anniversary. Due to being so busy with work and life I did not have time / want to do the research and book something myself. Chris asked some questions and then presented available options for all inclusive resorts based on my budget and timeframe. He made it very simple for me & made sure all the bases were covered with insurance and airport transfers. When the day finally arrived to fly to our destination (Dominican Republic) a hurricane was going through and our flight from our connecting airport was canceled and our resort was shut down. Chris was very responsive throughout the day and was able to get us switched to a comparable resort in Cancun. I do not think my wife and I would have been able to facilitate this ourselves had we not booked through a great travel agent. We had a nice vacation and will plan on using Good Land Travel in the future.

Chris with Good Land Travel was a life saver! We unfortunately vacationed with hurricane Fiona. When we reached out to Chris for help, he asked if we were okay, if we needed medical attention, had food, and water. His main concern was our safety. Chris worked TIRELESSLY to get us to a new resort, the one we were at took on significant damage and had to close down. The way Chris treated us would make you think we were directly related to him (we obviously are not lol). We will never forget his kindness and hard work. We honestly do not know what we would have done without his guidance and support.

My husband & I were unsure where we wanted to go for our honeymoon, so we found Chris to help give us good recommendations! He has been so helpful the entire step of the way! He was patient with us, flexible, kind, and offered many great suggestions! We settled on Secrets Cap Cana and fell in love! Chris was available all times of the day to help us with the entire process and even gave us a step by step guide of where to go once our flight landed to make sure it was a smooth process going through immigration, customs, and getting our transportation! And he checked in with us after we got there to make sure everything went smoothly! We will definitely reuse Chris for future international trips!

Travel agents are free to work with but help take some of the headache out of planning a trip, especially during current times of unpredictability where your travel plans might change. He offered great travel insurance you can’t find on your own, and helped us actually use the insurance when we decided to postpone our trip. On our end, we didn’t have to do anything to get our trip rescheduled, he handled it all and everything went smoothly. 10/10 recommend working with Good Land Travel for your next vacation!

Good Land Travel provided everything we needed for a seamless, memorable family vacation. I was researching options for a Caribbean trip, feeling overwhelmed and confused by the process of choosing a destination and a resort. I stumbled upon a YouTube video by Good Land Travel and was impressed by their expertise. I'm so glad I reached out -- they provided customized recommendations, helped us book, and even helped us rebook later when holiday sales came out. Good Land Travel provided all the intel we needed to travel abroad and navigate Covid restrictions and requirements. When we had an issue with arrangements made outside of the agency, Good Land Travel came to the rescue and fixed it for us. I knew he was our guy when he ran into the door on the Villa tour video. We loved the villa so much we ended up booking that for our wedding July 20th of this year. After stalking most of Chris' videos online, I contacted them after I had already booked a trip to the Dominican Republic to see if they could help get me into a nicer suite at the resort and to assist with a few add ons as well any tips. I received a call the same day as my request and was not only confirmed for the room I wanted, but also ended up paying less than I would have if I booked direct due to the relationship held between the resort and this travel agency. That alone, combined with help booking transport to and from the airport, was enough to make me a believer (and soon to be repeat customer) and refer Chris to my coworkers, friends, and family.

Our experience with Chris from Goodland Travel was fantastic. Chris was able to provide us with excellent advice as we selected our active adventure honeymoon in Mexico. We had very specific requests and he was able to deliver on all of them and get us excellent rates.
