From the first meeting until the minute we got back from our vacation, Jennifer was responsive and made sure we had the vacation of a life time. We even made some small changes DURING the vacation and she made sure every wish was met and exceeded! Jen helped us decide where to travel for our first trip out of the country. She connected us with a local contact in Costa Rica to make sure all of our needs were met, including price, location, outings, tours, etc. We were treated like total VIPs from the minute our plane landed. We loved the ease of not having to think of a single thing. Jennifer helped coordinate our trip with our friends who live in Florida, while we are from upstate NY. We requested and Jennifer made several adjustments to the itinerary with such patience and kindness. We all collectively agreed that we will never travel again without using Jen as our agent!

Jennifer was organized, easy to talk to, and was quick to reply with all of my questions. She effortlessly sent us a travel itinerary with all of our travel bookings and parks by day. As soon as I said,"can you help me??"one month before I wanted to go to Disney, Jen hit the ground running and had a quote for my trip to me within hours. I truly appreciate all of her attention to detail. She secured a last minute Safari at Animal Kingdom for us as we were on a waitlist. She acted immediately. I truly value Jen and all the information she provided - right down to how to use the Disney apps, how to secure rides and best practices! There was not a single part of my trip that Jen didn't cover - it was flawless!

Jennifer helped plan a family vacation for us recently. There were single ladies like me and my cousin that wanted to go out and experience drinking around the world and other adult events. There was also my brother’s family who had two younger children. And my mother who is sensitive to the heat -- did I mention we were going in August! Jen was able to navigate all of our needs and work to arrange a trip that accomplished everyone’s wishes and goals for the trip! I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

Jennifer helped me, my husband, and two kids (12 and 9 years old) plan our second trip to Walt Disney World and I don't think we will ever travel there without her help. She is so organized and gave us such great tips on where to stay, where to eat, transportation and how to use Disney's Gennie+ system. She took the stress out of booking by making all of our dinning reservations for us and we ate at all the places we were hoping to. We took her detailed itinerary with us and it helped us all week long! She helped us get the most out of our spring break in Disney and answered all of my many questions throughout the planning process! Her expertise was so valuable!
