Phenomenal experience. Brittney handled every detail for us and it was a large group we were traveling with. Brittney was so accommodating and was only a text away for questions and when minor schedule changes needed to be made while on our trip. She provided a detailed itinerary with all reservations in one place and gave insight to which Disney parks would work best on which days of the trip for us. Brittney made our first experience out do the country with kids a breeze. She set up all transportation to and from the airport and was even able to answer multiple questions once we got to the resort. Highly recommend a travel agent, otherwise we may have gotten lost or taken the wrong transportation, her instructions were very detailed
