Jennifer planned a surprise trip for me and my husband and hit it out of the park! I wanted to surprise my husband with a trip but thought it would be fun for me not to know where we were going. She gave me a packing list the week before and at 8 am on the day of our trip, I got the details of our trip and we hit the road. Jennifer called me on the way and gave us some amazing suggestions of what to do while we were there. We had a blast. She asked me all sorts of questions of things we liked to do and about accommodations we were wanting. She checked all the boxes and it was great to escape from reality!

We went to Charleston, South Carolina. Jennifer arranged all of our flights, rental and hotel. Everything was so easy. She provided us with lists of places to visit, lists of restaurants and so much more! We thoroughly enjoyed everything and it was just what we wanted! I've never used a travel agency. I'm impressed beyond measure and will never travel a different way again. I'm a swamped working mom and had no time to plan out my trip. We had the best time in Jamaica, thanks to Jennifer. We went with my best friend and she coordinating everything so we could get the most of our time together. I've never used a travel agent before, and I didn't understand what the big deal was....until now! Jennifer was absolutely amazing with not only planning and management of our trip from start to finish, but she even found the location for us! We told her what we liked to do, answered a few questions, and voila, she found Bonaire! We had never heard of this place before, and it ended up being PERFECT! She handled everything from flights & hotel to advising us on where to find great activities, and it all was within our budget. All the details were sent in one package too, so we didn't have to go searching through emails. When the COVID test requirement was lifted a few days before we left, we found out from her before anyone else. Jennifer was great to work with, and easy to get ahold of. Any questions would be answered almost immediately via email or she would return calls if called/texted. Everything she set up on the trip went according to plan and she worked extensively with us to make sure our trip was proceeding how we truly wanted; which (in my families opinion) was exactly what Jennifer said she would do and made things go so smoothly. Her contacts in Italy were superb and I cannot stress enough when Jennifer says she knows someone or has a contact that’s a reputable business associate you can trust her (we traveled to 4 different cities over 16 days, none of it was a logistics nightmare).
