Scarlet is wonderful! She is a great communicator; very responsive and thorough. We had the opportunity to go to Disney as we would be in the area but had never been so I reached out to Scarlet. She got our tickets, reservations and got us all set up with the app and gave us some good tips. We only had one day so we wanted to make the best of it and working with Scarlet made it possible. I had great peace as I knew she was a call or text away. Traveling with a son with special needs, I have to plan for every detail and am usually stressed, but having Scarlet on my travel team made it so much easier and more enjoyable. : )

Scarlet has planned two trips for us so far - one for 2025! We can’t imagine using anyone else. She’s detail oriented, answered all of our questions, gave us advice on our best options, and checked in during and after our trip!
