After serving the youth of our nation for over twenty years as a high school English and Social Studies teacher, I've taken on a new role as travel agent. As a young child, my parents/grandparents would load my brother and I into the Bronco or motor home and venture through US from coast to coast. As we grew older, plane travel became our preferred method of transport. This was not ideal as I always got motion sickness and was terrified of take offs and landings, but grew out of those fears over the years as I traveled more. My early twenties took me to Europe and Australia for the first time. It was then I realized my desire to work in another country. I was fortunate to obtain a teaching job working for DODEA in Germany where the weekends took me throughout the continent and broadened my life experiences. Life brought me back to the States, where I continued teaching another ten years before medically retiring during covid in 2020. I have passed on my love of travel and learning the ways of other cultures on to my son, who has been to almost all fifty states, and traveled internationally with me. That is the greatest gift I could give him. The opportunity to experience the world and all it has to offer. This is something I hope to offer to my clients and their children. Although I am new to the "travel agent" business, I have been planning travel for family and friends for over thirty years. My dream is to walk on Antarctica whilst observing the animal life that lives amongst its beauty.

My favorite place in the world is Copenhagen, Denmark. We had the ability to walk at night in a safe location, while viewing the beautiful architecture and ran into the Prince! Speaking of Princes, I did see Harry and William in London, but a double decker red bus stopped right in front of me while I was taking a photo! While attending an opera performance in Vienna, I sat next to the Vice President of Argentina. On the beach of Copacabana in Brazil, we played soccer with two Brazilian Soccer Stars. You never know who you might run into while on vacation!
