Jamie Rattien planned my daughter’s Sweet 16 trip to Baha Mar in the Bahamas and everything was absolutely amazing!!! Even when our original flight was cancelled, Jamie quickly(in the middle of the night), rescheduled everything for us!! She is wonderful and took care of every detail for us!!

Jamie got us in a BEAUTIFUL luxury all-inclusive for such a good price! It was our first trip out of the country together but we felt so relaxed even in travel thanks to her travel guide and all of her tips. We love working with Jamie. We had booked a few things last year but last fall we booked the BlG one...a family vacation to Italy! This was our first big trip in 10 years and Jamie was phenomenal! She worked with me patiently (as I am a super planner type A personality) and booked not only flights and hotels but all of our tours as well. She knew we wanted to see and do as much as possible in our time there and that is exactly what we got. Plus, the week of the trip, she sent us an itinerary with all of the pertinent information...from our trip confirmation numbers to all our booking numbers to our passes for our tours, which, by the way, were amazing. She knew where to send us, what advice and tips to give us, and even the perfect hotels for us! While we were there, no fault of Jamie's, one of our tours was canceled. I reached out to her and she immediately looked for another tour for us! We had a fabulous time and would not want to work with anyone else!!!

Jamie was amazing! We sprung a European (Portugal and Spain) vacation on her with not much lead time, and she far exceeded our expectations! Jamie has a strong knack for finding wonderful hotels that are not only within budget but in the best locations. My kids still talk about how much they loved the hotels we stayed in last summer. Jamie also helped us with flights, airport transfers, insurance, you name it! She is such a sweet, kind and patient person who wants nothing more than to help you plan your best trip ever. She is also organized and super responsive. We love Jamie and will definitely call her when we start planning out next trip...which will hopefully be soon!
