Easy to communicate with. Prompt. Helpful. Worked with our wants for this trip and made them happen! Made sure we had everything we needed pre travel. Gave us suggestions on what to pack. Was always available for a phone call to go over travel documents, etc.

I was nervous going into this process. I had never used a travel agent before, but I knew Burkhalter had been in business for as long as I remember so I turned to them to help me plan the trip. I met Sammy face to face in the office which I really appreciated. She explained about choosing a hotel and Park package that would fit my son and me. My son is 17 and this was our first big trip together and it was my goal to make some great memories for him. All transportation from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel to the parks was amazing and easy. The only hiccup we had was the airline cancelled my plane from my connecting spot to home and we were put on a different flight. Because of that we had a six-and-a-half-hour layover between flights. The airline never contacted me, and Sammy hadn't noticed it until I pointed it out on our final itinerary. At that point it was apparently too late to make any changes. Aside from that we had a great time!
