I’ve been working with Kelly Hamill since 2013. She helped us with all of our vacation needs. Even while on vacation she is available to answer our questions about WDW instantly. It’s like having her there with you. We had an issue with our flight this last trip and Kelly was there to help us change our plans so when we did get to our destination we could just enjoy ourselves. This was our second trip booked with Kelly. We went to Disney about 5 years ago when the kids were young and had such a great time and experience with Kelly that we came back to her when we decided we wanted to go on a cruise. We have never cruised before and Kelly helped us find the perfect first cruise for us! We had a blast in Bermuda. Everything was just perfect. My kids keep asking when the next "big trip" is going to be. We will definitely contact Kelly again when we are ready for another trip. She really listened to what we wanted and delivered on everything!
