We had the pleasure to attend Iberostar Resorts in the Riviera Maya portion of Mexico upon the recommendation of our travel advisor Marcy Gay. This was our first time to an all-inclusive resort and what an experience we had!!! The resort was outstanding from the food to the service and all of the amenities that were provided!!! What was even better was the outstanding service that Marcy provided for us and our family. She took care of everything!!! All we literally had to do was show up at the airport on time to begin our vacation!!!! All of our transfers from the airport to the resort were taken care of by Marcy, our flights were arranged by her and she stayed in touch prior to make sure all was good for our vacation!!! I would highly recommend Castle Explorers and especially Marcy for all of your travel needs!! We will be using her in the future for our travel purposes!!!

Marcy was so great to work with when planning out trip to Seattle and Alaska. We went on a cruise where she took care of all of the details. This was a bucket list trip to both places. She set us up and went above and beyond to accomodate us with our specific requests. If I had questions or concerns about a stop, flight and even a hotel she was quick to respond or take charge of the issue. I would say this was the trip of a life time and the planning and scheduling of everthing was pretty much stress free because of her help.
