I have personally enjoyed more than 50 cruises on many different cruise lines, but this pales to the number of journeys facilitated for clients. I firmly believe that there is a cruise for everyone, but not every cruise is for everyone. However, perhaps because I lived in Europe as a young adult, land vacations are my favorite way to share this historically significant region with clients. I am privileged to have facilitated hundreds of explorations across Europe for myself and my clients. It was only by chance that I found Mershawn & have I been blessed! She coordinated travel for 5 of us from different locations, kept track of all details (personal & trip), educated us as 1st time cruisers & double-checked EVERTHING so our trip was perfect. Mershawn each time we had talked to her has always been professional,knowledgeable and immediately ready to help. She has a wonderful disposition and nothing is too much trouble . LOVE how Mershawn is extremely on top of replying in a quick manner, when she says she'll take care of it I don't have to worry if it'll actually get done...it will. Greatly appreciate how she works to give you the best price . Her knowledge is FABULOUS! She has a deep wealth of knowledge and I was pleasantly surprised how much I learned from her since we travel a lot. She has been awesome both times that we have booked our trips through Mershawn. She is professional, caring, concerned & just down right nice. Although I have never met her in person, I feel like I know her. She has emailed me, text me, phoned me to help with concerns that have come up due to health. Looked after booking wheelchairs at sea, in the airports, getting me on board credit & just generally wants to help me however she can. As I said at the beginning of this review, she is awesome!
