While you may not need a fairy godmother to help you plan your Disney vacation, using the right travel agent can really make the difference between enjoying a wonderful trip tailored to your needs or enduring one plagued with little issues.
As a Disney specialist:
- I can discuss with you which park passes to choose for your particular vacation and family group.
- I can provide tips on the best ways to navigate Walt Disney World and the other Disney properties.
- I can also share with you the wealth of money-saving tips and tricks that I have picked up on my many visits to the Disney theme parks and resorts.
In addition to my own personal theme park and resort experiences, I am also a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge. But I'm not just a Disney specialist, I'm a true Disney aficionado.
I have, in fact, even been accused of having pixie dust in my veins.
Walt Disney once said, "it's kind of fun to do the impossible." And I believe that sums up the life of a travel agent perfectly. It's always a challenge -- but a fun one -- to listen to a person's dreams for their vacation and then turn those desires into a customized itinerary that is ideal for that individual client.
For instance, I once had a client who was trying to plan her family's first visit ever to Walt Disney World. Her family was on a tight budget and one of her daughters had a physical disability that I needed to take into account for as I planned out the perfect itinerary for her. She was very pleased with the end results and thanked me for making her dream trip possible. But I told her that it was really her accomplishment and I had only helped guide her in making the right choices.
Although, I am a Disney specialist, I also love arranging all types of travel -- from personal vacations to individual business trips. I enjoy the challenge of planning perfect multi-generational vacations that take into account the needs of every age group on the trip.

Kelly was extremely responsive and knowledgable. She was easy to get in touch with and even helped us to change the dates of our travel after we had initially booked and decided we wanted to extend our trip. I have never used a travel agent before but now I'm thinking it's crazy to book without the help of one especially someone as easy to work with as Kelly.

Kelly was so very helpful with planning our fomily of 10's trip to Disney World. She is probably the most knowledgeable Disney person in RI and beyond. She has stayed in just about every hotel and eaten at so many of the restaurants, you could call her Disney's encyclopedia. She will meet with you, "listen" to your needs and then discuss which is the better way to plan but will always give you options. She watches the Disney site with a hawk's eye for changes which can lower the cost, take care of it and then send you an update. Even if you have been to Disney before but want to change how you planned things, this is your go to gal. Thanks Kelly. We had a great time.

Family vacation/disney wedding

Kelly has been so amazing and patient with my family and i. We haven't taken the trip yet but we're in the process/planning/ it you know making payments etc. However, OMG without Kelly this wouldn't have happen. There's alot of work being put into this wedding/vacation and Kelly is doing such a great job. I have a big family and i know some of them can be a challenge but Kelly makes it so easy and simple. We originally wanted a Disney wedding however the price of that was something we couldn't afford so Kelly to the rescue gave us other options and we are so blessed to say or trip to Disney world and our wedding is still happening?????????????????????? Thank you Kelly you are truly a blessing.

In 7 weeks, I will be on my way to Orlando, Florida to spend a week at Disney and Universal Resorts crossing off some items on my Bucket List. Kelly has been great and has walked me through everything step by step. Payments have been easy, and information is always timely. She has answered my millions of questions (and probably a million more before Sept.) without hesitation. This has been one of the easiest trips to book. Kelly had the answer to every question I had and even the ones I had not thought of!!.... what dates would work best for me, what room would best accommodate us and be the most comfortable location for us, ideas and suggestion for activities while on the islands, an in depth over view of what is included and what is not.... She had everything I could need and then some at the ready for me! I was excited at the start and now I am ecstatic. I cant wait for our trip and look forward to planning more with her!

I found Kelly by doing a google search, was a little nervous giving a complete stranger all my information but she was very friendly and was always there when I had questions. We stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter and it was worth the extra money. The bus transportation made it really easy to get to all the parks, we stayed 6 days wish we could have stayed longer. Will book other vacations with Kelly again.

Kelly was always very kind & patient with me (even though I asked a million questions). She was always prompt to answer/reply to my phone calls, texts & emails. She was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions, if she didn't know the answer, she found out the answer & got back to me quickly. This was our very first trip to Disney world EVER!! I had never been there & didn't have the slightest clue where to turn or how to plan my trip. Right from day one Kelly was excited to help us plan our vacation to Disney. I was 34 and had never been. My husband was a young kid when he went and remembered next to nothing about his experience. We were a blank slate, with three kids hoping to provide the trip that would forever stayin their memory. She spent countless hours helping us plan, guiding us on what parks would best suit our kids for their ages, she found us the condo and helped us with planning our dining for each day based on what park we were in. We chose to drive down to Florida based on the size of our family. She helped us with deciding on where to stop for the night, information centers and restrooms for each state we stopped at. Kelly's knowledge of Disney seemed never ending! She even gave us a heads up on how long the lines were at the rides on the days we were at those parks!!! That is above and beyond a job well done! She was amazing! We had such an amazing trip! I had no anxiety of traveling with my three kids because Kelly had walked us through it all and always seemed to be a text message away!
Since our trip Kelly is still our go to person for something as simple as my husbands plane was cancelled due to weather. She called me helped walk me through getting him another flight one state over and then helped me coordinate a car rental for me!!! She truly is amazing! I tell anyone and everyone to go to Kelly. She gives a 110% to her job. She makes you feel comfortable with traveling. My anniversary is coming up and we are in the works of another fabulous vacation that I know will be memorable because Kelly is helping us plan everything. I can't wait!

Disney Made Easy

This is the first trip I have ever planned that involves bringing my 3 kids to Disney. I was so overwhelmed with the options and choices involved in planning a Disney trip, that is until Kelly got involved! She knew all about traveling to Disney with kids on a budget! She knew all the best family friendly places to stay and knew all the best attractions to visit and which ones to skip. She walked me hand in hand through what package deal to purchase and even managed to score us free dinning!!! She also painstakingly booked all our dinning reservations at once so we wouldn't have to wait! She put personal touches in everything she did for us and was so knowledgable on Disney!!! I can not speak highly of her enough!!!! If you want a smooth sailing vacation then you need Kelly!!!!

Last year my husband was deployed & when he came back we wanted to celebrate with a trip to Walt Disney World. Kelly was able to get us into a great resort at the last minute during a busy holiday season. She explained everything to us from getting on the bus at the airport to our Magic Bands. Last year Kelly helped us book a dream vacation at Cabana Bay in Universal's Studios! I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for someone to go behind the scenes and research exactly what you're looking for. Kelly isn't only limited to Disney knowledge she has a wealth of information on Florida in general! Not only was she super helpful, it didn't cost a dime extra and she had our best interests at heart! After booking with Kelly to visit Cabana Bay we also booked a trip to the New Jersey Shoreline and again her details are so important when you're on a time crunch yourself!

Kelly was referred to us by Tracey Gates. His family had used her and said she was good. Kelly was not only good she was great. Right in the middle of planning out trip my father suddenly passed away and Kelly took what I had already told her and planned our trip accordingly without bothering me for any details. She emailed me our options and told me to look over them on my own time. She found us the best meal plan and the Hotel was perfect. All my husband and I had to do was get up each day and catch the bus to the park of our choice and enjoy the day. The bus was available each night also. We could not have a done a better job planning our trip ourselfs. Kelly was a God send and wonderful for us. Thank you Ms. Kelly.

Johnson Family Walt Disney World vacation
Thanks for all the hard work you did on our Johnson Family Walt Disney World Vacation. The location of all 17 of us at Disney’s Port Orleans – Riverside, all in the same Alligator Bayou Lodge, rooms all on the ground floor, rooms close together (3602, 3603, 3604 and 3608, plus close to the North Depot bus stop was the best we have ever had! You did an Outstanding job of getting all of the dining reservations that we asked for, to accomplish this for a party of 17 and to be together, close to the same time, was simply remarkable! We couldn't have done it without you. Thanks again for a great job.
