From completing college courses to serving an internship to attending a business development program, I've put a lot of time and effort into learning how to be the kind of travel agent my clients truly deserve.

After more than 15 years in the travel industry, I'm more excited now than I was when I first started. Part of that excitement comes from the number of destinations I have visited personally.

The other part of my job that never fails to inspire me comes from the testimonials I have received from hundreds of clients. These records of satisfied customers provided me with a plethora of vicarious travel experiences that I've incorporated into my professional knowledge and advice.

Some of my most memorable travel experiences have been aboard cruise ships, so it's not surprising that water-based vacations are one of my favorite trips to book.  I am certified by all the major cruise lines as well as as by AMA Waterways, one of the premier river cruise operators that takes travelers from port to port through countries like:

• Hungary

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to customize each itinerary to reflect the personal likes and dislikes of the individual client.

I vividly recall an elderly gentleman who came to me after spending most of his life planning his own trips. He had recently been to Brazil, where he'd had a terrible experience. It all came down to just not knowing the ins and outs of the country, and the result was utter disappointment.

He asked me to put together a trip to Australia, and, as an Aussie Specialist, I relished this opportunity. I spent some time getting to know him and then put everything into an exciting itinerary. He came back thrilled, even going so far as to say it was the “trip of a lifetime.”

I've always loved travel. To this day, it's not just my job. It's my passion. I truly enjoy creating once-in-a-lifetime trips for clients from all walks of life, and I'd love to do the same for you!

I enjoy sharing my experience and expertise with each and every traveler, and I pay attention to your concerns and desires. Many clients come back to me and I'm gratified by the satisfied experience they enjoy. China, Hong Kong, Russia, England, Italy, Greece, Costa Rica and Brazil are among the countries around the world I have visited--and I have also traveled to a number of exciting individual locations and cities, including Caribbean Islands, Bermuda, all of southern Canada, and all 50 States within the U.S. In the next year or two I hope to visit Australia and New Zealand.
