Was on top of everything. My dates to schedule reservations. Make sure my magic bands were charged and ready when we got there. She left no stone unturned. Was so kind when I kept changing our park days. And reminded me what reservations I had the morning of

Our best vacation yet!

Never booking Disney again without Kim

Kim is great to work with. She knows the ins and outs especially about Disney. She let me know about some experiences that I wasn't aware of since it has been a decade since I've been. We ended up adding a Universal day as well. She quickly and easily booked our tickets and everything we needed. She was easy to reach when I had questions and I know we will have the best time because I didn't have to worry about anything. Even those of us who need to have some control over our planning should still use an agent like Kim to book everything. She had it booked in no time and is available to us throughout our trip if we have any questions or issues.

13th Birthday at Disneyland!
Kim, We had a wonderful time both at Disney and CA Adventures. Helen enjoyed meeting Elsa and visiting some of the other princesses. She loved the parade and danced on the street with the characters!
