I'm a 2024 College of Disney Knowledge Graduate so don't be surprised if you see pixie dust twinkling around me! This elite group of travel industry professionals have attained a special knowledge of the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and Aulani – a Disney Resort & Spa.
I'm also a 2024 Universal Orlando Resort Specialist and 2024 Universal Studios Hollywood Specialist – why? so we can elevate that enchanted vacation to a whole new level, especially when visiting SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at Universal Studios Hollywood; an all-immersive land that will drop you directly into the world of Super Mario where you can battle Bowser in the groundbreaking Mario Kart ride, dine at Toadstool Cafe, or level-up with themed merchandise exclusive to the Park. Our first family vacation together was in September 2020 to Walt Disney World Resort where we stayed onsite at Disney's POP Century Resort, and yet before taking our son to experience The Most Magical Place On Earth I hadn't visited Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort in almost 15 years! Yes, the experience was indeed different post-pandemic but I attest that the magic was (and still) incredibly enchanting! We visited again in November 2021 to help ring in the WDW 50th Anniversary with true EARidescent style!

Truly Amazing!
Words feel inadequate to express how truly amazing Eliza is. She is thorough, detailed, incredibly knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to care for her clients. I feel incredibly fortunate that we found her for our family's first trip to Disney World! From the very beginning, she provided us with amazingly detailed information and patiently and promptly answered every single question that we had. She was there in my freak out moments and I can confidently say that I would have been far more stressed and our family would have had a much different experience if Eliza hadn't guided us each step of the way. She was able to get every reservation we wanted and gave us so many tips along the way that truly made our trip magical. An Alaskan Second Honeymoon!
I wanted to thank you for all your hard work to make my Alaskan vacation with my husband wonderful! From the moment we decided to go away to Alaska, I had no idea what was involved in planning. You started with a trip outline that was very simple to us. From all the hotels to the planes to the ship, all we needed to do was show up. Your gift to us and our keepsake itinerary was so special. Everything you planned: our excursions, adult-only experiences, of course all the shopping recommendations, like magnetic hooks for our cabin doors for extra storage and where to buy them was a good tip, the custom banners you gifted us to decorate our cabin door and stateroom was a lovely surprise, advice on clothing, what to wear, and especially setting up our cell phones (a very nice touch) with the Disney Navigator and American Airlines apps. You were always available to us, even when I called while on the cruise! I will recommend you to anyone wanting to book their next trip!

Eliza did an excellent job planning our cruise, she kept us in the loop as each step was taken care of, presented us with a nice portfolio book of our excursions, days, times and a great keepsake. My Fairy Godmother!
My fairy godmother! It truly takes someone magical to take my indecisiveness and turn it into a dream come true vacation! You've taken what is usually a stress filled planning experience and made it into a joyful fun exciting and magical time. And we aren't even at the big DW yet!! I can't say thank you enough!
A Dream Trip!
Working with Eliza made our dream trip turn into a reality. Eliza helped us narrow down which parks we wanted to go to and took the time to get to know our likes and interests to help craft a unique experience for our family. Eliza was with us every step of the way from buying tickets, to training us on how to use the Disney app to quickly answering questions while we're on the vacation as we figured out the Memory Maker! She provided a beautiful, spiral bound booklet of our trip itinerary and FAQs so we were prepared for any scenario and included recommendations on which rides were not to be missed, which ones are best for Lightning Lane, etc. Her expertise was priceless and made what was at first, an extremely overwhelming planning experience a true breeze and one of the best vacations I've ever been on! I am so grateful for Eliza's help in planning this trip and am recommending her to everyone I talk to!
The Perfect Trip!
Eliza planned the perfect trip to Universal Orlando for my family last August and made the process stress-free for us! She booked us the perfect hotel, secured our tickets and express passes, made meal reservations, and gave us plenty of helpful advice. My kids appreciated the little gifts she dropped off before the trip to get them in the spirit, and my husband and I appreciated having all our travel info presented to us in an organized packet. Plus, Eliza's enthusiasm rubbed off on us and made us extra excited! We had a fabulous vacation and were happy to refer Eliza to our friends, who just got back from a fantastic trip to Disney World.
