Growing up in South Florida, I frequently traveled to Universal Orlando Resort to enjoy the parks, their special events (e.g., Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights), and the city of Orlando’s atmosphere. Over 10 years later, I remain a Universal Orlando Annual Passholder and try to visit as often as possible.  In 2021, my travel expertise was put to the test when I offered to plan and attend a vacation to Universal Orlando Resort with my family and now-fiancé. The trip was anticipated to be a six-night, seven-day adventure, but I researched and found that a seven-night, eight-day vacation package was less money! We stayed at Loews Portofino Bay at Universal Studios, taking advantage of all the on-site amenities, especially the Beach Pool and express passes. With my previous experience at Universal Orlando Resort, I was able to share tips and tricks along the way to maximize the vacation, like where to find the best beverages, how to find and enjoy hidden perks, and which restaurants to visit. One morning while sitting in the Harbor Piazza of Portofino Bay indulging in some much needed coffee, the family was discussing plans for the day when the idea of starting a travel agency was suggested to me.
