Hi! My name is Kristin and I love to travel. My husband, Adam and I filled our passports with amazing destinations before we embarked on our greatest adventure - parenthood. Our girls also enjoy traveling, especially to the most magical place on earth - Walt Disney World! We have shared some of our favorite moments as a family during our trips to Disney. When I'm not enjoying family time on vacation I work as a pharmacist at a local grocery store chain. I'm hoping to combine my love for travel and my passion for helping people to create magical memories and vacations for families through this opportunity with Love The Mouse Travel!

Kristin is amazing! We travelled to Disney with 7 children five and under. She made it a breeze! She taught us so much about navigating Disney, helped us with the app, reservations, what to bring, all the recommendations for our family with kids our age, etc! She goes above and beyond while scheduling our trip and also while we were there. She was always available for questions and best suggestions while I was standing in the middle of the park not sure what to do next. She helped us with accommodations, transportation, tickets, and even a birthday cake! She helped us have a trip of a lifetime.

Kristin helped us plan our kiddos 1st trip to Disney and after that our first Disney cruise! We would have been lost without her! She had so many tips for us, and helped with everything from where to stay, transportation tips, dining reservations, lighting lanes and so much more! She helped us feel like pros and get so much out of our first Disney experiences!

Kristin provided a comprehensive experience for our Disney World trip. She made it fun from the beginning, sending us hotel options within our budget with videos of the resorts to help us choose which one we liked best. She was responsive to every text and email with knowledgeable answers and great tips. When we were at the parks she woke up early to help us secure spots in the virtual queues and lightning lanes. She kept tabs on our day and booked the next lightning lanes when they became available. She helped with magical extras, dinning reservation, car service, and everything in between.
I'm looking forward to booking our next Disney trip with Kristin!

She was able to get us reservations at all of the places we wanted to go and constantly communicated with us about other times and checking in. Kristin was amazing! I was so overwhelmed just thinking about planning a Disney trip; she walked me through step by step, gave me different options that fit what we wanted out of our trip and made everything so easy. She even got us in the virtual line for Tron on the second day it was open!!

Kristin made my Disney planning experience a breeze. She handled everything from booking dining to getting us on Tron the first day of the soft opening. She waiting on hold with Disney to fix a ticket mistake I made . She even called me the day before the parks to make sure I really understood how Genie + worked. She was an amazing travel agent and went above and beyond for my family.

Navigating Post-Covid Disney

Kristin helped us plan our post Covid Disney World trip. We had a trip planned for September of 2020 and this was our do over. Kristin helped us navigate all of the post Covid changes to planning a Disney trip. She walked us through park reservations, Genie+, Lightning Lanes, transportation and food. She even checked in on us while we were on our trip to make sure everything was going well. The end result was probably the best family vacation we have ever taken. We are eager to plan our next trip with her!

Kristin was absolutely amazing. On the first day of the trip I got sick and my husband took our kids to Magic Kingdom solo. Kristin was available all day booking them genie+, helping them navigate the park and even called the hotel to send me Powerade. Above and beyond doesn’t even describe what she did for us. She checked in every morning and was highly responsive the whole trip. She’s already booked Disney World trips for two of our friends and we can’t wait to plan with her again in the future.

Our Disney trip was Magical because of Kristin! She was the absolute best to work with. Everything she recommended was great. Next time we go to Disney we will definitely be using Kristin.
