She answered texts immediately! This was a lifesaver among language Barriers. The down side we had to pay $10 day on our Verizon plan after 24 hours outside the USA. It was worth it to keep our communication in touch with her. Our email information didn’t come through in wifi but screenshots came in very handy.

I have always dreamed of going on a cruise. Thanks to Tonya, that dream was made a reality this year! Tonya helped me plan a 7-day journey on the Carnival Mardi Gras to San Juan, Puerto Rico; Amber Cove, Dominican Republic; and Grand Turk Island. She didn’t just book the cruise-she was with me every step of the way to help advise me on shore excursions, activities on the ship, and all the ins and outs of cruising. It’s obvious that she has cruised many times and has plenty of personal experience to draw on, in addition to her knowledge from courses she’s taken with cruise vendors. Tonya was professional, proactive, and proficient in providing me the guidance needed to make my first cruise a wonderful experience.

Working with Tonya was such a pleasure! She was so helpful from day one and answered all of my texts and emails within minutes no matter the time of day or the day of week. Even when we arrived in Saint Lucia, we were worried we didn't know where to go after customs to get to the hotel. I texted Tonya and she answered me within minutes, making us feel so much more comfortable. She was so patient when we would ask questions and always so happy to help. Fast forward to 2023...thanks to Tonya Mobley, a belated honeymoon/10 year anniversary vacation was well worth the wait! Tonya created the perfect itinerary with private transportation and excellent accommodations along the way. Tonya is an extremely talented Travel Agent who puts her heart into vacation planning 110%. With that, she is a very kind, patient & caring individual. Even though she was traveling at the same time we were traveling, she frequently checked in with us via text messages.

Working with Tonya was incredible! We were planning our honeymoon, and she made the process fun, easy, and stress free. She made wonderful recommendations and gave us multiple options to choose different activities based on what we were looking for. She is so helpful and organized! Never felt like I was a bother, even though I messaged her a million times and called her a bunch! She’s kind, too, which is nice! We had a huge group of family that wanted to take a trip together. I felt like she walked me though everything and nothing was a surprise. The trip went so smooth and we had the best time! We could not have done it without her!

So easy! I found Tonya on a whim through a Face Book group. It was in 2022, I was new mom and wanted to plan a trip for me, 18m old, husband and my mother. I realized real quick I didn't have the time. I made a post and she replied. I had a few responses and she stood out so I went with her. I am so glad I did! Fast forward to 6/2023 we just came back from Punta Cana, another family trip planned by her. She's very responsive and patient! I know I questioned and critiqued every place she would find until we go it right and she never seemed to get upset! On this trip we had an issue with the airline and she took care of it immediately! If you want personal service, someone who will listen and help you plan your exact trip, don't hesitate to use Tonya.

First and foremost, let me say that connecting with Tonya was absolutely the most important decision I made when planning my vacation. Tonya worked to understand what our wants were for an anniversary vacation for my husband and I. All my husband and I had to do was pack and get on the plane. Now as we know, when dealing with airlines, not all travel goes smoothly. At the mercy of the airline, our flight home was cancelled and delayed several times. I merely picked up the phone, called Tonya, and she took care of everything from booking new flights to finding us a place to stay for the night while we waited for our flight the next day. You cannot put a price on that. She treated us as if we were her family. I am so incredibly grateful to Tonya and all that she has done for us. I recommend, and will continue to recommend, her to every person I know who is looking to plan a trip.

10 Years of Group Travel Planning!
Tonya has been planning our group trips for the last 10 years - even before she officially became a travel advisor! From simple one destination trips staying in a large vacation rental, to multi-stop trips where each family had their own accommodations, she has planned every step of each trip to meet our needs and to take into account the likes and dislikes of each person in our group. Our most recent trip was a Caribbean Cruise, followed by a stay at a large rental house in Orlando. She worked with each family to ensure that we had the cabins that best suited our needs as a family, pre-booked excursions for us, and provided a helpful document showing what to pack for the cruise. For the post-cruise portion of the trip, she helped us by setting up a grocery delivery to be at our rental the night we arrived, so we could easily prepare dinner and settle in. Tonya truly goes above and beyond and thinks of everything.
