A Very Disney Christmas!

I was lucky to meet Theresa at a graduation party last summer. We talked about a Disney Cruise we wanted to take on the new ship, The Wish, during winter break. By the end of the week, she booked us two cabins and a short stay at the Grand Floridian to celebrate Christmas. She took care of our reservations and arranged transportation between the airport, resort, port, and back to the airport. We enjoyed our time so much that we booked another cruise with her before we left the ship!

Theresa was incredibly helpful guiding us through planning and booking our first family trip to Walt Disney World with our two and four year old daughters! The options were daunting on her own and she helped streamline our options based on the experiences we were hoping to have on a tight budget. She was extremely responsive, including a last-minute text about where to watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom with the little ones to allow a quick and easy exit. Theresa recently booked a Walt Disney World trip for my wife and me connected with the food and wine festival. She offered us plenty of options for an on property stay, pros and cons of various locations, as well as thoughts of off property locations. She booked our park tickets and helped us make park reservations that would ensure we got to the attractions in parks we wanted. She offered us guidance on Genie+ and made sure we knew how to navigate the system. Since dining was an important part of our trip, she offered many amazing recommendations and booked them for us. When we needed to change our plans during the trip, she helped us navigate the system so we got to experience everything we wanted with minimal weight. I can’t recommend her highly enough. This was our fourth a Disney trip and I said I don’t ever want to come back without theresa’s help. I felt like I was set up for a true vacation when I had help managing the logistics.
