Custom Designed Itineraries

I am a travel agent who is also a travel enthusiast. So designing interesting itineraries for my clients never seems like work.

In fact, I actually get a lot of enjoyment from creating special trips and then imagining the enjoyment that my clients will get out of their personalized journeys.

I have been in the travel industry for over 16 years and am now the Director of New Agent Training in the agency I work for, Ticket to Travel and am an ASTA Verified Travel Advisor. Over the years, I have worked with countless clients, including one of my biggest, The Real Estate Guys, who have a nationally syndicated radio program. It is my responsibility to put together their annual week-long seminar at sea, which is a challenging task that includes taking care of all of the event planning logistics.

Fortunately, I'm not afraid of challenges or taking on an itinerary that will require extra work. For example, I also recently helped four couples who wanted me to design a custom trip to Europe for them. They wanted to go by train to:

• Italy
• Switzerland
• Austria
• Germany for Oktoberfest

It was a very complex itinerary that required great attention to detail and took a lot of time to put together. In the end, my clients were very happy that they didn't have to do all of this hard work themselves.

Besides designing custom trips, the other areas in which I excel include:

• Booking cruises – both ocean and river
• Producing seminars at seas
• Group travel

I have also been on many cruises over the years. The information that I've learned during my many travels has helped me immensely when planning trips for my clients.

Trip of a lifetime

We planned a month long vacation in Europe with MaryLyn
She sent us a variety of options right in our price range and helped us
select based on our personal preferences! We had a small issue on one of the cruises that was outside of Marylyn's control She still got it fixed with the cruise company and they even sent a bottle of wine to our room. Mary Lyn is knowledgeable and very thorough!

Planned a Wonderful Spring Break Cruise for a Gro

MaryLyn has the patience of a saint! I called her many times during the weekend and she answered my calls, spent hours with me booking cruise cabins for me and my party of 19. MaryLyn has been my travel agent for more years than I can remember. She takes care of all of my cruises and has been so helpful in getting me not only the very best cruise understanding what I enjoy, but also makes all of the arrangements to get us to the port city, the port, the pre and post cruise tours. And she makes it all easy for us. We started using MaryLyn when my wife and I were younger and in good health. Now that we are in our 80's and require more assistance getting appropriate transportation and shorter walks, she continues to make bookings with our concerns in mind. Last year we had cruise to Alaska booked with the land excursion. We had to cancel for health reasons last minute. MaryLyn took care of the insurance and assisted with the claim. Since I got back all of my money I was able to arrange for an Alaskan cruise this year that is just weeks away. In addition to the great cruises she books for us, she also arranges all of our air/hotel travel, including insurance which is necessary especially at our age. We take at least annual trips to Hawaii to see our son, business trips for me, and to France to see our granddaughter. MaryLyn finds just the right accommodations and air arrangements knowing what I like and what I can afford. She is a treasure!

Dream Vacation

My husband and I used Marylyn to plan our dream vacation to Greece. With a limited budget and high hopes for not skimping on any detail we were worried. However, Marylyn not only worked with our budget but helped us to meet every goal we had for our once in a lifetime vacation. She is so knowledgeable, and had great tips that only comes with being good at what she does and listening to exactly what we wanted to accomplish on this trip. The icing on the cake is that she is extremely professional and genuinely a nice person who wants to make your vacation your best vacation ever. We were so happy with Marylyn's service that we used her again to help with our family vacation now that we have a 2 year old and it was the BEST vacation with small touches that were perfect for a small family. Honeymoon

MaryLyn was fantastic. She booked our three and a half week honeymoon to Spain and Italy and did a superb job. My wife and I had nothing to worry about because MaryLyn handled it all. It was a very positive experience working w/MaryLyn. From the first day I contacted her to the last she was very responsive and worked hard to provide us with fantastic travel info, itineraries and suggestions for our trip to Italy. Fabuloous Trip to Europe

Fabulous trip with great friends! I loved Zermatt, Salzburg and the Oktoberfest! Segways were an adventure full of fun! Thank you sooo much for all you did to make this a true vacation. 60th Wedding Anniversary in Maui

We had a fabulous time. My parents thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Our capstone event was Friday night at Merriman’s for their anniversary dinner. What an amazing setting and fantastic food. All the grandkids enjoyed themselves. The resort was good. Great location, and the amenities were perfect. It was everything we expected. Not super fancy, but perfect for families our size. We had dinner at Fleetwoods in Lahaina on Monday night. That was a real treat. Everyone loved the experience on Oahu – seeing Pearl Harbor was awesome. We had lunch at Duke’s on Waikiki Beach. Thanks for all your help enabling mom and dad to have an amazing experience for their 60th anniversary.

Amazing Trip to Rome!!

Our trip to Rome was AMAZING!!!! Yes in love! We also made it to Florence and Pisa by train! It was amazing!! Hotel was great! Everything was perfect! Segway tour was the best!! Well Vatican was definitely amazing but the fun tour was definitely the Segway!! Bruno the guide - best ever!

Awesome Trip to Italy
