If nothing else, Dianna was patient. I had hundreds of questions and quite a few changes and through it all she was adaptable and and more than willing to answer all of my questions. It was such a seamless process from beginning to end. I simply gave her the travel dates and the location and she was able to get back to me quickly with resort and airline recommendations. Within days my family of four was locked and loaded with airline reservations to Ocean Coral Spring near Montego Bay, Jamaica. Dianna also helped us customize a tour through Know Jamaica Tours. We spent the morning and early afternoon traveling through Montego Bay and learning about the culture. And eating, lol! While we were there Dianna checked in on us to ensure we arrived safely and that we were enjoying our trip. I will definitely be using her again for our next adventure.
