Donna was amazing. She listened to my needs set up a couple of options and within a few days had a 20 year anniversary trip all planned out. Her attention to details made such a big difference when it came to the flow of the trip. I have been talking her services up to my co-workers.

Working with Donna from start to finish was an easy, pleasant experience. We were a group of 4 couples wanting to go to someplace tropical in January. Donna found 3-4 choices for us to consider.
We decided on the Jamaica Couples Tower Isle all inclusive resort. Our early AM flight out of Louisville was delayed so we were going to miss our connecting flight to Jamaica. Donna was immediately available and rebooked our connecting flight making our trip stress free.
The Couples Tower Isle was a perfect place for our group. The resort hosted many sponsored excursions that were available to sign up for. The weather was beautiful, not too hot, not too cold, awesome sunrises and sunsets. All the staff were very pleasant to work with.

This summer when our youngest graduated from high school - we knew we wanted to plan a vacation our 3 sons (ages 19, 22 and 25) would all love. I thought a cruise would have something for all of us, including the boys' aunt (my sister in law) and their 85 year old grandma who skeptically agreed to come with us along with us. I must confess, I still haven't lived down one bad hotel selection on a Grand Canyon trip 10 years ago:) I was already feeling some pressure to get this vacation right and I wasn't even sure where to start. Thank goodness we found Donna!! There is no possible way I could have managed the logistics of this without her! She found us several great options that worked in our crazy schedule and once we selected the cruise, her expertise in booking the staterooms and extras made the trip so enjoyable for all! I'm not sure where we are going next, but I look forward to working with her again!

Donna was very responsive and helpful with all aspects of our trip as we maneuvered through the Covid restrictions and Hurricane season.

Donna was always very helpful and willing to help. Anytime I texted her she answered me within 5 minutes and she ALWAYS had an answer for my many many questions. She reassured me that I was, in fact, not being the pain I felt like I was being. She was very knowledgeable about the area and what she didnt know, she was willing to find out. Very good agent.
