We loved working with Emily on our Disney trip! She helped explain the confusing new Genie App and helped us add in a person who wasn't staying with us the full trip. Emily went above and beyond for our anniversary trip to Riviera Maya! When our flight was delayed and eventually cancelled which resulted in us arriving one day late, Emily was able to work out an additional day, at NO cost to us, at our resort.
