Emmeline was very knowledgeable and patient with my anxieties and worries. I had so many questions and she was there for us every step of the way. She helped us before the trip, during and checked in afterwards. I honestly don't think we could have done this without her. When we were unsure if we could do this, she showed us how. Going to French Polynesia was my dream since I was seventeen years old. Thanks to Emmeline, my dream came true. We owe her a world of gratitude. She was amazing.

In-laws in town

I found out my in-laws were coming to town- in less than a week! I had work most of the time they'd be there, and my wife also works. I had to find them a hotel and something for them to do- FAST. Emmeline swooped in and saved the day. Within an hour, she had a hotel mere blocks from my house, and the next morning I woke up to a list of activities they might enjoy. They got to spend so much time with my wife doing a lot of cool things she found, and what was going to be a stressful weekend mess was as calm as it could've been. I will never book with anyone else ever again.

Calm in Costa Rica

Emmeline made our first experience abroad perfect! I was worried about a lot, but having her just an email away- and she responds FAST- was so comforting. She had everything planned so we didn't have to worry at all. She also gave great recommendations and even explained common scams to avoid when we got there. We had such a great time! The experience would not have been half as amazing had we not picked Emmeline.

Relaxing Couples Getaway

Emmeline helped us find the perfect hotel to relax for our long weekend. We were on the concierge level of the Ritz Carlton, and she even made plans for a car to drop us off at the mall and pick us up after. Between the spa and the hotel, it was the most relaxing four days of my life. (even the flights were easy!)

It had been over ten years since my husband and I last went to Universal, and we were both a bit nervous with all the new changes, seeing everything, etc. Emmeline was AWESOME! Just got back from Cancun! Emmeline picked THE BEST resort for us: Iloved the tour she picked out- we saw some temple ruins! She had the best restaurant recommendations and she even found a better flight for us

Going to Universal and Florida with 6 kids, one of whom is married... not something I wanted to handle myself.
