My girls dressed up in Star Wars costumes, dreaming they might have a Star Wars encounter with one of the characters at Hollywood Studios. When Kylo Ren and a small group of storm troopers started walking toward them, they quickly realized they weren't as prepared mentally as they would have liked, and when he started questioning them...it was just precious! We really appreciated Stephanie and her willingness to work with us, especially since we had two different family groups traveling together and one member with mobility issues. Knowing she was taking care of scooter rental, travel insurance, car rental, tickets and reservations, and even providing park ideas, took a load off my mind and helped us to have a really magical time. Thank you!

Thank you, Stephanie, for all your suggestions, and thank you for suggesting Sorrento instead of Positano, we absolutely loved Sorrento. All the hotels were extremely kind, and took care of us!! The transfers were amazing, they all came on time. All of the excursions were great, we had a great variety and felt like we saw everything we wanted to. I could go on and on, but she planned a perfect trip and we are so so so thankful.

Stephanie has helped us plan many trips - my husband and I's honeymoon to Dubai and Mauritius, a family vacation to Costa Rica, a getaway to Spain - just to name a few! Most recently she coordinated a mother daughter trip to Iceland. We absolutely love working with Steph - she is always speedy with communication and follows up in plenty of time with payment deadlines, decisions that need to be made, and all logistics and instructions once we are on the trip itself (e.g., how to find the transportation in the airport). She takes all the stress out of planning a vacation so we can simply enjoy all steps of the process!

Saved our trip from disaster

Stephanie worked well with our travel preferences and budget and is a wealth of information on Universal and nearby hotel options. She not only made the initial process of booking our trip go smoothly, but she also saved the day when a major hurricane struck Florida at the same time our trip was planned. She made all the arrangements to change our trip dates and saved us from some major headache and disappointment. I would have been panicking without her help. She was so thoughtful with also including little extras to make the trip special. It was my daughter's dream to visit Harry Potter World, and Stephanie made sure even a natural disaster didn't keep that dream from coming true!
