Jeff listens. When discussing travel plans you have his undivided attention. There are no call interruptions and no hasty attempts to end your conversation. His sole focus is to deliver you the best travel vacation possible. You feel like you are his only client.His agency delivers considerable value. They are affiliated with Virtuoso Travel. Virtuoso provides complimentary shore excursions, among other perks, on many cruises. I’ve been on six of these excursions. They consistently exceed those offered by the ship. Jeff also offers perks of his own, such as free pre or post trip hotel stays. If the hotel stay is not needed, don’t worry. He has plenty of other incentives to offer. He’s even open to your suggestions on these.
In my years of travel, I have never experienced such an exceptional level of customer service. This, coupled with his agency’s unparalleled value, makes Jeff a win-win. I highly recommend him.

I can't say enough wonderful things about All-Inclusive Vacations. Every trip we go on that they plan for us is worry free. From the moment we leave the house to the time we return home, every step along the way is planned in detail so our dreams become reality. Jeff has been so patient with us as we give him ideas that are unrealistic and he puts a plan in place that suddenly becomes reality. You give him an idea and he makes it exactly what you wanted but didn't know how to make happen. Every place we have stayed at has been mindfully chosen along the way.
I wouldn't take a major trip of any kind without All-Inclusive/Jeff planning it for us. Jeff is truly a professional when it comes to travel. Not to mention a pretty wonderful person personally!

Our trip, planned by Jeff, went off without a hitch. We initially told Jeff what we were looking for and he offered us several choices from which to choose. Jeff was always accommodating when we needed to meet with him or answer our questions via email or over the phone. Jeff was amazing, he made it super easy. It was our first time travelin out if the country and first time utilizing this type of service. He was super informative and extremely patient when we couldn't make up our minds. He delivered on everything he said he would. We had a little snafu at the resort when we got there, but because he had printed us out a detailed itinerary and sent it to us, it was resolved quickly and easily.
When we got back, no only was there a follow up thank you waiting for us, we even got a little cookie treat come the holidays! It was a really nice touch.

I just booked my 3rd vacation through Jeff. Not only did he get back to me within a couple hours of my request, he found me better flights and a better deal! Jeff gets excited for his clients and does his research! Working with Jeff I don't have to worry about any details and I'm informed of everything taking place on my trip long before we leave. Jeff also helped my parents plan their 50th wedding anniversary dream trip to Europe. My mother is hard of hearing and he was happy to meet with them in person a couple of times before they left. Because of his attention to detail my parents and their friends did not worry or get nervous about any detail of the trip. They had a wonderful time and enjoyed their special night out that Jeff planned for them in Paris. What a blessing for 70 year olds traveling internationally for the first time! Jeff is honest about when upgrades are needed and when they are a rip off. He tells you of every(hidden) fee that will be included so that you aren't surprised by anything. Jeff is grateful for his clients and does everything to meet our needs! Before leaving on vacation he informs you of how to get a hold of him should you need his help! Now that is service and going the extra mile.
