When looking for a cruise, he emailed me several options within a short time. After selecting one, he was able to secure an excellent price and eventually was able to upgrade the cabin. All of the documents were forwarded quickly. Sadly, it was necessary to cancel our cruise within a week of sailing. It is a very difficult time for our family and Scott handled this in a compassionate and prompt manner. I will certainly contact him again when we are ready to travel.

Scott Nutter is the best! We have had Cruise planners before and no one has met and exceeded our expectations like he and his wife. These guys know the business they know what we like they know what we want we have booked with them since 2019 and have had nothing but exceptional experiences great fun and friendly customer service. Always looking for the best deals for us and not to mention throw it in some freebies who wouldn't want to work with Scott! Is highly experienced he knows the ships well enough to know what rooms to put you in or not put you in based on your need we had to deal with accessible rooms. He let us know we have nothing to worry about here it is 2022 this is the third cruise I have booked with Scott and Avoya and I expect nothing less in the future but excellence!

Most friendliness people. They get right On your trip. with a fast response. They find you the cheapest deals.
