Andrew was always very prompt answering my emails and questions, no matter how dumb or if I had asked before and forgotten (which I sure happened more than once!) In 50-years of traveling and cruising I have never had the dedication and complete attention to the smallest element than with Mr. Wells. I had my partner cancel, wheelchair issues, mistakes by Hilton and he handled everything!

Mr. Wells made our first family vacation post-Covid a dream come true. He worked out all the logistics and updated us with recent guidelines and protocols related to covid. It was a large group of about 30 individuals traveling with kids on a budget, and it was made hassle-free and magical. It was everything we expected and more on a cruise. We will definitely be using him for all future family vacations.
