Nanci Ott, our travel agent treats you like a close friend. She listens to what you want, then directs you in the right direction. My only complaint is that I wish we would have listened to her when she said this was nowhere near the kind of cruise we had last time. I honestly think if we would have contacted her while we were on this cruise and told her that we wanted to go home, that she would have figured out a way to get us back. I'm already thinking about the next vacation we'll book with her.

Great attention to detail. Felt pampered and care free to not have to worry where anything was or how to get there. Absolutely amazing staff both on tour and at each venue as well as the tour guides!
