It’s been an amazing Journey with karen. She came highly Recommended through family and family friends. She makes me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process in addition to helping me with even the things I forget about. She goes the extra mile to check up on me and my little one through the entire process which makes me feel safe and trusting especially as a single mother terrified to travel with my toddler. She responds in a timely manner and always makes me feel like a priority even though she also has a lot on her plate. Her commitment to helping is unmatched and I appreciate everything. From start to finish Karen was excellent to work with! She made planning a girls trip super easy. We LOVED her resort recommendation. The entire booking process and trip was seamless. For the very last cruise, Unfortunately, my sister passed away unexpectedly the week of our cruise, I called Karen and she handled all the phone calls to cancel the trip and rescheduled the trip within 24 hours.
