Never once have I felt unsafe going somewhere! You can book all your excursions through her prior to your trip! We even had her plan our Disney World trip and she knew all the ins and outs! Flying in the Midwest during the winter months is always a bit risky and winter weather flight delays meant we weren’t going to make connecting flights. We used Get Lost Travel when we went out of the country (actually twice now among other U.S. destinations) and when we were literally stuck at the resort with all flights to the US cancelled I called Taegon who said “go sit by the pool and have a cold one, I’ve got you covered.” 1 hour later we were showed to a new room, flights were re booked and ground transportation secured. I would highly recommend Taegan, she just planned our honeymoon and we do not travel very much and she made the whole thing stress free. We never had to worry about a transfer from airport to hotel or anything like that. The night before our flight home we had to change flight times due to Covid testing and she went above and beyond and got our flight changed for us so we could make it to the testing facility. In early 2020, Taegan booked our trip to Cancun for Dec 2020. Unfortunately due to Covid, we needed to postpone our trip to 2021. One phone call to Taegan in Summer of 2021 and all of our resort and transport was set up. Everything during our trip was perfect!! Taegan was able to request our 2 rooms were placed as close as possible since adjoining rooms weren't available and our airport transport was seamless.

I do not have enough amazing things to say!! Taegan was able to pull off the unthinkable by getting my family to Niagara Falls. We flew from all over the country and landed within about an hour of each other. It was one of the best trips I have been on. She also sent me to Mexico a few times with no problems. I will never book my own trip. This has been the easiest and best experiences when it comes to traveling.

Before meeting Taegan, I had never used a travel agent before. She was very friendly and knowledgeable so we decided to plan our honeymoon with her. It ended up being the trip of a lifetime! She executed every detail of the trip seamlessly and we've been using her for our vacations ever since!
