Nona was very helpful. I wish I had known what questions to ask earlier. I felt Nona took care of us. If you go on this trip, be sure to research all aspects, like airfare and excursions. The cruise was wonderful. Most of the excursions were great, but not all. The whale watching tour was sub-par. The railroad from Whittier to Denali Princess Lodge was fantastic. I would have preferred staying at Princess Denali Lisge 2 nights rather than a second night at the Princess Lodge in the State Park. There wasn't anything to do there & limited eating establishments.

Working with Ms. Nona on our honeymoon was great. She went above and beyond all of our expectations. She took care of us all the way through. We were "drowning" in an ocean of options before we started working with Ms. Nona. Then we met Ms. Nona and she took us by the hand, listened to everything we wanted, gave us her suggestions from all of her experience and our honeymoon turned out amazingly! She was incredibly knowledgable and if something came up that she did not know the answer to, she was very quick in finding out and getting back with us. Ms. Nona made life so much smoother during a very hectic time (planning a wedding, remodeling a house and planning the honeymoon as well). It was more than we ever imagined it could be and we were very disappointed when we finally had to come home. It's been less than a year now and we are working with Ms. Nona yet again to plan a winter trip soon! I can't wait to see how this one turns out!

Wonderful out -of-country adventure

Working with Nona was terrific! She took the fear out of my first adventure traveling out of the country. I had contacted other agents that been less than helpful in my quest for information. Can't say enough about how helpful Nona was!! We had 4 girls in our group and our first scheduled trip had to be cancelled due to an illness. Nona cancelled our trip and we got our refunds back quickly. Then we rescheduled 6 months later, she got us all rebooked. Then hurricane Matthew hit the Bahamas, she called to make sure our hotel was good and it was wonderful! Can't imagine if we would have had to deal with all that ourselves. Thanks Nona! Our 3rd major vacation, Ireland, utilizing Nona's expertise, was another great success! She did her "Magic," once again. Nona always picks the Best Hotel accommodations! Always located centrally to all the city sites, & pick-up points for all our tours she sets up for us.
She makes all the reservations so all we have to do is show up! The itineraries of our requested tours are all pre-arranged, including "Head Of The Line privileges," leaving us with no obligations other than to enjoy ourselves!
Transportation to Hotels from the airports are coordinated ahead of time, as well as the ride back, when our adventures sadly end.
Nona has the extensive knowledge, & the personal experience of So many locations that she has gained our complete trust with helping us plan our adventures!

Nona did all of the work, she helped us set up a honeymoon registry which was totally free for us and paid for over half of our trip, and all 3 excursions that we did. It was great for a couple in their 30s that didn't need much in the way of household things. Our trip was wonderful, she took care of any questions we had, and got back with us very quickly with answers. She helped us set up our three excursions so they were booked before we left, and set up transportation to and from the airport. HIGHLY recommend, will be using her again for our future traveling needs.

Cruising in the Med

Nona, has some special challenges with our group and was able to work through all of them. When trying to get a group of 10 very different people to all travel together, you have to cater to a lot of different preferences and needs. She was able to do this very well. Even down to the panic of lost passports three days before the cruise. She helped the members of our group get those, re arrange flights, and saved the day.

Without Nona, we would have been clueless on our trip to New York. Having never traveled out of the state at such a distance before, it was definitely comforting to have someone who was arranging all the details and making sure we were aware of all the potential issues with traveling. Even while we were in New York, she was easy to contact and able to help us out. It was certainly one of the best adventures my cousin and I have ever had and we won't forget it anytime soon.

Not only was our trip to Hawaii awesome but the information that Nona got us and the legwork that she did made it simple and stress free for us. Her assistance with the flight plans, hotels and excursions helped plan our trip to be exactly what we dreamed it would be. Any questions that I had she had an answer and always had time to help us plan our trip. It was a big relief that she took care of everything and we could enjoy the trip. My husband and I had never gone anywhere really together besides Chicago on a train and we had no knowledge about airports or booking an all inclusive vacation trip. Nona made everything so simple and easy and stress free! And trust me after all the stress after a wedding I wanted the honeymoon to be as little stress as possible. We gave Nona budget and a few ideas of what we wanted, and she did the rest. We got a great deal in Jamaica and had an amazing honeymoon.
We had a delayed flight and ended up missing our connection on the way out of the country, and Nona got right on the phone to try and help us deal with the airline.

Nona was referred to us and WOW! We struck gold . I was a real pain in the you know what . I couldn't decide on where and what we really wanted to do and Nona was so sweet and patient with us . She quoted us a price and was ready to go and she called and said it was like $300 cheaper .. I just found my spending money lol . Nona is awesome. She takes the time to listen to what you have in mind and narrows the selection down to your price range. We had step by step instructions for our trip to Jamaica on how to make out way through the airports, maps of the airport, which bus service we were to use when arriving to jamacia. This made us relax so much more!! I have recommended her services to many friends and will continue to do so!
