Katie was willing to listen to what we wanted and to work with us (even as we got a bit picky and precise about what we wanted) and we wound up with an exceptional wine tour of Tuscany which she worked to arrange for us. We finally saved enough vacation time to do a 15-night Hawaii honeymoon. But then the hard work of HOW to plan a trip that long. Lucky for us, a friend referred us to Katie! We met by phone and gave her some background on us, what we like to do, how active we want to be on vacation and some priority “must see” items. She listened closely and came back with the perfect itinerary of sightseeing v. leisure days. We didn’t change a single thing she suggested.
