Shonda was extremely helpful in planning our 30th Anniversary cruise. Couldn't have done it with out her help as their were 3 different couples with varying opinions on where we should go. With professional insight and valuable recommendations she helped us all find common ground and put together a perfect itinerary that promised to meet everyone's expectations. Unfortunately Covid-19 crashed our plans and the cruise was canceled. BUT Shonda's support did not stop there. Her empathy was evident as she helped us every step of the way ; reviewing our options for future cruise credit or a full refund. We chose the refund which I'm guessing means Shonda didn't get paid and she still stayed in contact with helpful advise until we received every dime back. If this Crazy Covid Life every ends. We will be calling her again. Thank you Shonda!!

I had been recommended to contact Shonda when starting to plan our honeymoon. I contacted Shonda and right away she got to work finding us destinations in our budget. Within a few days Shonda had provided several options! Shonda made sure we were comfortable with our location, she even went the extra mile and got our flights for cheaper than originally planned. Shonda provided information for excursions we could book out of the resort and also made sure we had all of the transportation to and from airport set up. She contacted us when we had landed and made sure we knew she was available if we needed any assistance while being out of the country!
