Heather went above and beyond the call to ensure our last minute family trip to Switzerland was a complete success. She worked tirelessly to get us booked and communicated with us through the whole process. We visited 6 cities in 10 days and Heather made it all happen, from hotels to trains and excursions. We even made a last minute hotel change and she came through for us. She's amazing. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Awesome Alaskan Cruise

Took my elderly parents on their first cruise ever to alaska, along with my 3 children ages 7-13. Heather helped us book the perfect room with a great balcony, which made all the difference for my parents. Whether it was waiting on the balcony while everyone got ready, early mornings while others slept, or just enjoying the views, we had an unbelievable trip with awesome memories.

We had a last minute hotel we needed booked for a kids tournament. I couldn’t find anything and so I asked Heather if she had anything she could find, and she found the best hotel for us! It fit our family, was comfortable and clean and reasonably priced. I was so happy we were able to book something and not try to drive that morning. Heather made the experience so so easy. Working with Heather to book this surprise Christmas getaway was just perfect! She was incredibly attentive to our needs and made sure that all of our questions were answered.
