Jess held our hand through the whole trip process. From planning it, to day of travels and last minute arrangements Jess want there for us and walked up step by step. Jessica was very thorough, asking all the right questions about what mattered to us in planning our trip. She listened attentively, made notes, and kept those things in mind while helping us with reservations, etc. Her folluwup was great also, even taking the time to tweak a few things for us to get just want we needed.

Jessica saves my Christmas vacations

I usually travel to see family during the Christmas/NewYears chaos. And every year there’s delays, cancelations, surprise hotel stays, and.. STRESS. I’m not saying Jessica solves the stress of waiting for hours between flights, or children screaming in your ears. But she does take care of one hovering fear that every traveler dreads.. plans changing. The shock of “why me?”, the frustration of scouting for new flights & hotels, the race against time to book before other people, the uncertainty of “is this the cheapest/best choice?”, the buyers remorse of “maybe if I looked longer I could have found a better deal”, and the hovering fear of “what if this happens again?”. Because of Jessica, I don’t have to go through ANY of that anymore!
