Between hands-on travel and training over the years, I’ve become a specialist in booking trips to Disney and Universal. I had never used a travel agent so I decided to try it and booked with Miranda. It took a load off of my mind to be honest. Planning for vacations can be stressful, especially if you don't know everything about your destination. Miranda is the middleman between me and the goal I wanted, everything to go right. She knows the ins and outs and knows how to give me an advantage to make my vacation a success. If there's something out there she knows will make things better for me, she will let me know, which I definitely appreciate. I booked my last two vacations with her and will continue to do so.

I worked with Miranda again to plan a surprise cruise for my mom's 70th birthday. I'd never done a cruise and guys--if you've ever looked online there are TONS of companies, ships, locations, price points...needless to say it gets overwhelming. And obviously I didn't want to book some super drunk singles party cruise for my mom who is slower paced (and I am too, let's be honest). Miranda helped filter through ALL of that. She was able to recommend a company and boat/experience that was exactly what I was looking for, especially as a first timer. She was available to answer questions like "Do I really need a passport?" and "What does my cruise package include again?" I couldn't have planned such an amazing vacation without Carry on the Magic & Miranda!

If anyone is looking for a Disney World travel agent, I can't say enough about the wonderful Miranda Benson. She's handled our last two WDW trips, and is an absolute expert about all things Disney. Going above and beyond might sound like a cliche, but Miranda really does that! We've been so happy with her. We had to throw so many changes and questions at her, and nothing fazed her. I've planned many other trips myself, but Disney World is a doozy, and her services were invaluable as she took care of so many things I never would have even thought of. Making dining reservations is so stressful! Let her handle that! Which resort is the best for you, what's happening with new ride reservations, systems, etc.? She monitors and handles all that, and contacts you at the deadlines for making decisions and reservations. Anyway, I had never used a travel agent before, and now I know it's really nice to get a recommendation for a good one like Miranda!
