I called Jeni Phipps last minute to make arrangements for a trip. She accepted the challenge as it was just a month out. I got my confirmation within 3 days. It was exactly what I wanted. Two days before the trip she contacted me that she would check me in and sent me my itinerary. The day before she verified the check in and sent me a transportation confirmation. Upon arrival the transportation was exactly where she stated then upon arrival at the resort there was no wait. She had contacted them when I landed and they had all documents ready. The room was more than I had asked as well as the resort. The departure was exactly the same. Transportation as well as check out. Will use her every time.

I have worked with Jeni for several years . She is conscious and kind . She takes the time to find out your needs and exceeds expectations. She knows I have some medical issues and without asking she planned my last vacation around accommodations relating to my autoimmune issues . She also takes into consideration your own budget needs .

I have worked with Jeni for almost 10 years now and she has been nothing short of amazing. I never would've made it through the trips and cruises we had to cancel and rebook during Covid without her! Every time the cruise lines cancelled additional cruises, she found us another itinerary, got us rebooked and handled everything for us. Any time we've had any issues come up while traveling, she has been right there to take care of it for us. She's the best there is!

Jeni handled all the travel arrangements for my wedding cruise. In addition to my husband and I, we had about 20 other friends/family members travelling with us. It all went off without a hitch! She helped us save money, book excursions, deal with last minute hiccups and rack up on-board credit.
