We traveled to Omni Bedford Springs in PA. (Everyone should go to this secret jewel). My experience was beyond anything I expected especially since I have worked with other travel agents. Not only was she knowledgeable, patient, pleasant and kind but she tailored the experience for us and took away all the anxiety or trip planning. She provided a last minute "to-do" list with specific menu items from the restaurant that she thought we would like, she checked in with us during the trip and even had a lovely welcome home gift waiting for us when we returned!!!!! This woman covers EVERY DETAIL. In addition I have neurological challenges that make organizing and planning very challenging. She takes those medical obstacles of travel away.
