Great and easiest experience planning a trip! Not only was it last minute, but also on a holiday and our daughter's birthday. She helped us get as close to our other family traveling as possible. Told her what we needed and wanted and she got it done. She checked in often before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed with our passports and made me feel very comfortable calling her if we had any questions. My family went with a different agency and are still confused and have unanswered questions. So glad we chose Janet! She will definitely be our go to agent!!

I deal with the public ALOT. I hear people say they are going on vacation and sometimes they book with Expedia, Orbitz or other websites. I also hear of the problems they have. Some never have problems, but when they want to talk to a live person, they want to pull their hair out. Then they ask me, "What's the name of your travel agent?" and "Why use a travel agent?" Here's why: Janet offers personalized service. There have been many times where I want to book a vacation and she is quick to offer different resorts for the same price or cheaper. She also goes above and beyond and I know that if I ever have an issue, I can call her directly. My husband traveled to Mexico 5-6 times before we met. He always just booked his trip online. After I told him about Janet and he used her, he told me that he will never book online again. She just takes the hassle out of it all. She knows about all of the resorts, where to go and if you want to book a side trip, she helps you with that as well. It truly shows that she loves her job. I have recommended her to many and they all said that wish they could have met her sooner.

I can't remember how many cruises and all-inclusives we have booked with Jan. She has so much knowledge of the different destinations and offers excellent advise. We have never been disappointed. I had to cancel our cruise last November because of the death of my Soulmate .Jan handled all the paper work, so I did not have that to be concerned about. Janet makes planning vacations so simple!! My husband and I were referred to her by a friend last year before our wedding and we used her to plan our honeymoon. She made everything so simple and easy. We weren't sure where we wanted to go and she sent us several options for us to choose from. Jan, booked a 2 week cruise to Italy, Turkey and Greece for us. She handled Air travel, hotel, transfers and cruise. All we had to do was pick up the papers and go. She explained everything in detail and nothing was left for chance. I felt sure if I had any problem ( which we didn't) she would handle it. We will never use anyone else. Janet arranged a trip to Jamaica for my birthday that included19 of our family members. She worked tirelessly and the results were incredible. So five years later I was very excited to plan another family vacation for my husband's birthday. Janet has been incredible. This thing has been going on in the planning stages for over a year and became much more complicated since now she had to plan for 24 on a Disney Cruise. She remembers all the tiny details, answers questions every time I call, got great airfare and even adjusted it. She truly is amazing and I will really miss talking to her after our trip. She makes everything about traveling seem so effortless. I know that from the minute I book a vacation with her to the minute I return home, I am in good hands. She is very honest and even goes as far as to make sure you get the cheapest price available from the time you book the vacation, to the time you actually go on the vacation.
