We have used Sue, both personally and with friends, for a number of international trips. In all cases she has listened closely, improved on our ideas, and put together very memorable trips that were as eventful as we imagined and cost effective at the same time. I cannot say enough about how helpful and great Sue was!!! She met with me and my wife to help us plan for our honeymoon to learn about us and gauge our likes/dislikes and what we were interested in when visiting Europe. Her website was extremely helpful and easy planning tours/excursions, and Sue even bookmarked a few she thought we'd like for each destination based off our meeting. Her app was also a game changer!!! It had our entire honeymoon itinerary on it. From flight and train vouchers, to each day planned out to the hour. It allowed us to enjoy our honeymoon without having to think. App is also able to be used offline, which was another perk. I cannot say enough positive things about Sue, and will use her again in the future for every trip we do.

Numerous times we had Sue on the phone, email or in person asking questions and getting advise. She remained constant, kind and overly helpful to our requests. We had a phenomenal trip and made wonderful memories and owe a great deal to Sue who continues to "go the extra mile" for us! My family and I have worked with Sue on multiple occasions and there is good reason that we keep coming back. Sue is helpful beyond compare and extraordinarly thorough during the planning stages. For example, Sue has helped us plan an extensive trip to Asia last year as well as 4 years ago. She let us know exactly what we needed to do for visa permits and booked us amazing guides, hotels, and restaurants. She also can put together an incredible/exhaustive itinerary at even the last moment's notice (like she did for us 2 summers ago in Scandanavia). My family and I are very picky and she is able to consistently make hotel reservations at places we love. Whether it is a simple cruise or extensive exotic month long endeavor, Sue is there planning our trips. She is good natured and flexible, enabling us to make many changes. We trust her completely and she really cares that we have a great experience. I cannot reccomend her highly enough.

Sue planned our trip on a river cruise last fall. Having never been on a river cruise before, we counted on Sue's recommendations for every part of the trip and we were totally pleased with all of her choices. With Sue as our agent, every detail of our trip was handled. Sue not only took care of everything, but she also found us the best prices on each part of our trip. We had one slight mix-up in Amsterdam (probably our fault!) and Sue remedied the problem in a matter of hours. Sue is very efficient and always answered e-mails promptly. I would definitely recommend Sue as the person to use in planning any travel!

Great at keeping track of changes

Sue does a great job of keeping track of updates on pricing, visas, ship options, etc. There were a couple of price reductions on our Princess cruise pricing that she alerted us to. Saved some real money. We got a nice suite upgrade at a reasonable price through her alert.

Sue is wonderful at planning. Great with suggestions. Wonderful at responding to changing plans. Patient, methodical and wonderful to work with. Sue has been our exclusive travel agent for years and we are very happy with her professional travel services. Sue has planned many trips for us and each of them has been so very relaxing. One of the difficult things to do is to coordinate other peoples schedules. Our trips have generally included a number of friends and several trips included as many as 18 people. Sue was there for all of our needs and our friend's needs giving us the opporunity to focus on our friends and enjoying the trips knowing that all of the arrangements were in place.

Sue met with us several times. She has done other trips for us and is fully aware of our limitations due to health issues.
Because of her efforts, we were able to schedule events and side trips that recognized our limitations. She is what I would call the best when it comes to involvement and personalized service.

We have to date booked six trips through Sue. Each trip has been meticulously researched, offering several alternatives for each trip. She quickly learned our preferences on how we like to travel and made sure our accommodations suited our needs. She quickly responded to any difficulties we encountered on our travels (and they do happen) and resolved them to our satisfaction, Sue is always available for questions and gets back to you immediately.
We are completely satisfied with her efforts and will continue to use her services in the future. She does an outstanding job.
